This trapezoidal and corrugated double layer roll forming machine is designed for customers who need trapezoidal roof sheets and corrugated panels but want to save workshop space. The machine can be configured to produce one trapezoidal profile and one corrugated profile from one production line. It processes 0.3–0.8mm color steel, galvanized or Alu-Zinc coil through decoiling, feeding, roll forming, length measurement and hydraulic cutting. The exact profile combination, effective width and corrugation height should be confirmed with customer drawings before production.
Two profiles in one machine: Can combine trapezoidal roof sheet and corrugated panel, reducing floor space and equipment cost.
Independent upper and lower layers: Each layer has its own roller stations, motor and cutting control, so operators can switch profiles more flexibly.
Corrugated forming capability: The corrugated layer produces standard corrugated panels for roofing and wall cladding.
PLC automatic control: Supports length setting, quantity counting, automatic cutting and basic fault display, suitable for overseas operation.
Hydraulic cutting system: Equipped with Cr12 / Cr12MoV blades for clean edges and stable length tolerance.
