Our universal hydraulic post-cut system uses Cr12 quenched blades to deliver burr-free cuts with a strict ±1mm tolerance, ensuring every composite panel locks together perfectly on-site.
Heavy-Duty Anti-Vibration Base: Composite panel production demands consistent pressure during the curing phase. We use a reinforced 400H steel beam base with 20mm thick side plates to completely absorb forming and pressing stress, guaranteeing that the steel skins remain perfectly flat and the core adhesion is uniform.
