This automatic CZ purlin roll forming machine is designed for producing C purlin and Z purlin used in steel structure buildings, industrial plants, warehouses, workshops and prefabricated houses. The steel coil is decoiled, leveled, guided into the forming section, punched, roll formed into C or Z profile, then measured and cut by hydraulic cutting. The machine can be configured with manual or hydraulic decoiler, leveling device, hydraulic punching unit, roll forming section, hydraulic cutting unit, PLC control system and run-out table.
Automatic C/Z interchange: One line can produce both C purlin and Z purlin. Size change can be realized by PLC control without manual replacement of forming rollers in many configurations.
Hydraulic punching system: Supports hole punching on web or flange according to customer drawings, suitable for steel structure installation.
PLC automatic control: Supports length setting, quantity counting, automatic punching, automatic cutting and basic fault prompts.
Hydraulic cutting system: Equipped with Cr12 / Cr12MoV cutting blades for clean edges and stable length tolerance.
Customizable specification: Purlin width, flange height, web height, material thickness, punching position and forming speed can be designed according to customer drawings.
