This 5 rib trapezoidal roof sheet roll forming machine is designed for producing 5-rib trapezoidal metal roof panels used in factories, warehouses, workshops, steel structure buildings and residential roofing. The coil is decoiled, fed into the forming section, gradually formed into the required 5-rib trapezoidal profile, then measured and cut by hydraulic cutting. Because 5-rib profiles may vary in rib spacing and effective width, the exact roller layout should be confirmed with customer drawings before production.
