Product Description & Parameters:
This channel steel open profile roll forming machine is designed for producing channel-type and similar open-section profiles used in steel structure buildings, support frames, brackets and industrial applications. The coil is decoiled, leveled, then formed through multiple roller stations into the required open-section profile, followed by hydraulic punching and hydraulic cutting to the specified length.

The punching and cutting unit adopts a four-column guide structure to improve alignment between upper and lower dies, reducing offset and improving dimensional consistency. The exact profile shape, number of roller stations and punching layout should be confirmed with customer drawings before production.
