Product Description
The Two Waves Road Barrier Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machine is the core equipment for producing standard two-wave (W-beam) crash barriers, which are widely used for lane isolation, roadside protection, and median strips on highways and expressways.
During operation, high-strength galvanized steel coils are fed through a precision leveling system to ensure flatness. The material then undergoes automatic hydraulic punching to create accurate connection holes before entering the main roll forming section. Through multiple precision stations, the steel strip is continuously cold-bent into the iconic two-wave profile. Finally, a servo-driven hydraulic flying cutter trims the panels to exact lengths without stopping the line.
Built with a reinforced H-beam steel frame, premium GCr15 quenched rollers (HRC 58-62), and Cr12 mould steel cutting blades, this machine guarantees zero-deflection stability and long service life. The advanced PLC touch-screen control system allows for one-button operation, precise length setting, and real-time fault diagnosis, significantly reducing labor costs while maximizing output for large-scale guardrail manufacturing.
