Sheet Feeding Deviation & Left-Right Offset

2026-05-01
Metal sheets such as PPGI, galvanized steel and aluminum magnesium manganese sheets often deviate left or right during feeding, causing forming radian deviation and surface distortion, and seriously affecting product straightness and appearance quality.

Main causes: asymmetric installation of feeding guide wheels, inconsistent left and right gaps of each forming roller, and inclined machine placement on uneven ground.

Standard solutions: Precisely adjust the spacing and height of feeding guide wheels for perfect central symmetry; calibrate upper and lower gaps of all forming rollers for uniform clearance; level four machine feet and fix the whole machine horizontally to thoroughly solve sheet feeding deviation.
