Most customers only focus on production output but ignore daily maintenance, never adding lubricant to roller bearings, chains and gears, making the machine run under dry friction without lubrication. Long-term dry friction accelerates wear and rust of spare parts, increases failure rate and maintenance cost, and shortens machine service life greatly.
Correct maintenance rule: Add sufficient grease to all forming roller bearings, drive chains and gears before startup every shift; conduct full lubrication and inspection maintenance once a month to keep all moving parts well lubricated and reduce mechanical wear.
