To rush orders and pursue output, customers often run the machine 24 hours non-stop under full load and overload operation. The motor, gearbox and hydraulic system work under long-term high load without heat dissipation rest, accelerating aging of motor coils, gear wear and hydraulic seal fatigue, causing premature damage of core components and high maintenance cost.
Reasonable operation rule: Stop the machine for idle cooling after 4–6 hours continuous production to allow heat dissipation for motor, transmission and hydraulic system; avoid long-term 24-hour non-stop overload operation to extend service life of the whole machine and core parts.
